Does Menu C make their own components? or do they buy from Sopackco and Ameriqual, Wornick and pack the MREs?

all the components of the Menu Cs are the same as the components found in the military MREs. Pretty much all three MRE manufacturers buy their components from the same places (outside of the ones they produce themselves).
Take a close look at the pictures on that Menu C page and you can see who makes each part.
