little shrine in honor of WWII veteran!

here are a few pictures of my great uncles display that my son made me set up. this shelf was used for some of his toys. when we found these personal belongings he cried and i had to put them up in his room. i hope you enjoy this little glimpse into the past. his name is charles welch and he was killed in north africa.

Very fine display. Good to see you honor your uncle. Someone you can be proud of.

I had an uncle who got 5 years imprisonment after WW2. He fought on the wrong side with Division Wiking. He was also a war hero, but not one to be proud of.
