Kellogg's Pops

There is a new packaging concept for breakfast cereal Kellogg's Pops. They come in a box with about a dozen (I didn't actually count them). Smaller in portion and slightly larger than the small breakfast cereal box these make for a nice pick me up treat if you need energy. This would fit in an MRE. And it's tasty with or without milk.

My own photo attached.

That's looks like a cool idea. It kind of reminds me of the Fruit Loops Cereal Straws:

I love those things! The only downside is that they don't come in convenient small packs - it's 12 sticks per pack (2 packs per box) and that's a lot to eat in one sitting (though I could do it).

Honey Buzzers

I came across this inexpensive cereal brand in C-Town. I came to the conclusion after trying them that they taste very similar to the brand of Honey Comb cereal. After examining the content and reading the label they were very similar in nutritional and ingredient content. The only real difference I noticed is that the Honey Comb brand cereal has actual honey as an ingredient which makes it slightly sweeter. Other than that you can actually save a few bucks.

Bag has a resealable top and has a weight similar to its boxed cousin.

I turned the package over and was surprised that the company took direct aim at Honey Comb. Anyway that's that.
