Cream Substitute

The following dry cream substitute was found in a batch of various MRE condiments. I thought this item a bit unusual so posting it here seemed a good place to deposit this photo. For the record and as a repository to all things MRE food related I'm adding these photos for everyone to see. Not the best photo in the world but I think this is a good example of how an MRE condiment should be labeled.
