Hello everyone, just found this site and I definately had to get on this forum. I've been eating MRE's for the past 7 years I've been in the Army. Dirty Dave, sorry to hear you're down. Drink water, take motrin, and nothing can stop you! Well, I look forward to shooting the breeze with all of you.

Welcome to the forums sploosh and thanks for the advice about recovering. Today I spent about a total of about one hour on the toilet and was choking down pepto bismol chewables and drinking plenty of water, vitamin water and gatorade to replace my fluid loss.

I know how you feel. I got some funky dysentery (?) type disease over in Iraq. First time I'd actually shit my pants in a while.
