Looks like Emergency Essentials is having a blow out on the Eversafe meals from Wornick at $30/case for 12 meals and free shipping.

The only drawback is that it must be purchased in quantities of 10 or more cases, but it might be a good opportunity for anyone interested in a group buy or just wants to buy a lot of them.
In looking at the Wornick site, I get a strange feeling that the marketing campaign for the Eversafe branding did not go well and they're scaling back, de-emphasizing, or just plain discontinuing this particular line. Nevertheless, at $2.50 per meal, it's just plain dirt cheap! And since the brand itself is barely 18 months old, you're not likely to get old product.
Great price on Eversafes
Nice find, MCIera! 10 cases of Eversafes for $300 isn't a bad deal. And wow...I just checked shipping on 10 cases and it's free!
I tried too look at the old Eversafe site but it looks like they took it down and redirected it to Wornick's main site:
From: http://www.geteversafe.com
To: http://www.wornick.com/emergencyprep/
But it looks like The Internet Archive's Wayback Machine has a number of copies of it up until June 2007:

Wornick has always been a let down in terms of civilian MREs. They're perfectly positioned to offer a great product and they've tried it a couple of times - but they always give up after a couple of years and discontinue the product. Thank goodness for companies like Sopakco - at times, they've been the only civilian MRE on the market. Fortunately, we have a lot of options now.
And to think...I just updated all the civilian MRE pages this weekend to take out all the pictures of the Eversafe cases. :-)
