Cabbage Rolls Wonderfull,I had all but forgot till you said that,does anyone remember Eureka foods,the first known civillian Mre's,circa 78/79?It was a pyramid scam,but damn good food,great cabbage rolls,all in retort,many of the entre's we find in Mre menue's plus much more,sos,salsbury steak,meatballs with sauce,etc.Does anyone know what happend to them,are they still around?I tried to google but nothing came up!

Pyramid scam? Like Amway? LOL, wow, that is interesting. I just thought they were an outdoors prepackaged food company...very interesting.

I'm pretty sure my father sold the Eureka foods. I remember them from when I was a little kid. I completely forgot about them until he mentioned them a few months ago when we were talking about MREs.

I know about shit on a shingle, but I did not think that is what you were referring to...but I see that is WHAT you were referring to.
