Thx for that link! I´d like to know, how it (should) work to hydrate better than water?! Except it´s hyperosmolar, I have no idea.

I know. Water is the best and only way to keep yourself hydrated. I remember the same thing with Gatorade. I know about electrolyte solutions ( salt & sugar). I heard this Aquaguard is an aminoacid gel???
You probably know more of this than me.
