New 2022 MCW menus

Post by Amelieee1 » Sat Jul 16, 2022 1:39 pm

While lurking on the DLA site trying to find the amount of calories per RCI, I found a new menu lineup for MCWs. I have included an image with the menus and changes, to make it easier to see whats new, as well as the link to the DLA page.

Nice! Digging the use of uncured meats (bacon and ham) as well as the oatmeal!

New menus

"If it's good, they'll stop making it." Seems to hold true.

I liked the "Buffalo Chicken", nice and hot, with genuine chicken breast. That's possibly my biggest complaint, whoever invented "Meat Glue" should be sent to Gitmo. Once they started using floor scrap waste and molding it into chunks, the entrees lose their palatability. "Same S&@t Different Sauce" or maybe "Same Sauce Different $&@t"

Haha, too true. Ive seen in Tesco (UK) packs of "Tesco's Finest" selection of Ham, "hand picked from the finest cuts of reformed ham".

Yes, that was an incredibly tasty bag of goodness.

Luckily I still have three sealed cases with Seafood Chowder in basement. :D
