A hint to where the HDR's may have been coming from, or destined to (see image below);

US Department of Homeland Security
Federal Emergency Management Agency
Distribution Center Caribbean

They were likely part of prepositioned FEMA stocks for hurricane relief.

I’ve been working my way through a case from this batch this week. Very nice. Better than I remember them from 10 or 12 years ago. My case was prepared by Sopakco, packed in June 2019.

All of the meals follow menu B on the lists below, with the exceptions that in every meal the “Fruit Bar” has been replaced by an Oatmeal Cookie and the “Fruit Pastry” is an unfrosted brown sugar toaster pastry. All the jams are strawberry.

I know a lot of guys don’t like peas (l love them), so you might be relieved to know that the Peas in Tomato Sauce main has black-eyed peas in it, not green peas. I think it’s delicious, too. Tastes much like a good batch of pintos.

Man, they’re down into the 40’s shipped on eBay. Lol
They must of auctioned off container loads.

Makes me wonder if the ones on SPG are any good in terms of DOP?
