Anyone know what's in these cans...

I have the "tall" cans, not short of a B-1 and B-3 unit from 1966 C-Rations. Can't really find anything definitive online of what might be in there. Have an idea as far as crackers, maybe jam or something. Not really sure. Thanks.

"tall" 1965 b-3 i opened had cocoa, blackberry jam and 3 sandwich cookies

Picture? If it's the tall B-3, then it ought to have cocoa and cookies, IIRC.
