I took a quick look at the official DSCP menus and didn't see it. But there are a bunch of UGR-A menus and they're all spreadsheets with lots of tabs - so if someone does a little digging into them, they might find it:

I found that the sweet and sour pork is still a current ration part of the UGR-A.

Now I'd like to get some information on the folks who may have eaten them..
