Anyone ever seen this official DOD information about MREs?

I stumbled upon this pdf, an official DOD pdf, and I found it interesting as hell. It has so much info. I uploaded it to this site, so you can just view it online.

I'd never heard of the Tube Rations for U2 missions, before. Also was interesting to learn that chili with beans is considered an "ethnic dish". Ha ha.
