I cannot stop myself eating them as soon as I get them!

Too much even for me.
I have a German EPA typ3 here now, I just love that volkernbrot, its beautiful, very nice with beer, sadly the Bundewehr do not put Bitburger in their rations!

thats an idea... there are these "self brewing kits". but i only saw this with buckets...

i am wondering why the french doesnt have wine in their RCIR...

yeah - first i hated the "roggenschrotbrot" - now i love it too...
