i have not eaten very much lamb at all. a couple of times at outback steakhouse is all. although our local chain of stores food city has now began carrying it. i have eyed it a few times but have bought none. there is one cut i am eyeing but it is very expensive. i have to admit the few times i ate it i liked it.

This is a really serious post. I'm not kidding. Why don't us Americans eat more mutton. I like it. Whats the big problem? It must be the "wool facter". Other than that, I can't imagine the answer. I'm on the phone, right now, to the Commander. I want a lamb meat can of Chunky Soup and a Lamb meat MRE entree ASAP.
