Get rid of the peppermint lifesavers and the cherry twizzlers. Bring back the chocolate covered coffee beans. PLEASE, NATICK.
Lets not forget the nut cakes, the oatmeal cookie bars and the chocolate mint pound cakes.
You show me a Chocolate-Mint pound cake, and I'll show you a Cherry and a Maple-Nut pound cake from 1986. LOL
I've got a choclate mint pound cake from 1997

Check Air-Base commissary. I have no Air Base near me. I found the survival food-packets at Altus AFB in 1997. They were like $2.38 each. Have to be near an Army Post and authorized to shop on Post.(Retired/Disabled) etc, or know somebody that is authorized. The Mgr says she can get FSR's and maybe CWR's but has to order them from other posts. Can get FSR's from Bragg.
After the Chicken and the Egg, came the "Omelet"!

Vegetablearians, fruitarians, sandle wearers, etc., make up a vanishingly small percentage, particularly or especially in the military. I recall a total of one (1) during my stint, and he was pretty "meh" about it. The whole thing is a solution in search of a non-existent problem.
