How about a "Swanson's Hungry Man Pork Rib" entree? It'd be the same type of food as a regular 2.6oz. Pork Rib entree but there'd be a whole pound of it!
Yeah man, wtf is up with that? Why is that thing so small? Why not make it a real size piece of meat? It's my #1 favorite thing along with chili mac, but it's almost like a snack.

Turkey bites.. I hope that = jerky and not something scary.

Everything else sounds okay. I like the lemon pepper tuna from the can, but IDK why they just can't add a packet of seasoning so you can change it if desired.

Corn Nuts! Yea, somebody at Natick had a good idea. I've been eating those since I was 12 :D . Whats with getting rid of the WSB. I happened to get a "Chipotle" WSB in late 2008 case. Have'nt opened it yet. I agree with a couple guys, I like the Canadian Petite Pain, much more than the WSB. I think Natick brought out a separate small bag of Canadian style MRE breads, to be issued with a case of MRE's, back in the early '90's. I never saw one. The reason for the change in the tuna, is that Albacore is more expensive, than dark tuna, with a gob of seasoning crap, built in. I wonder if American Samoa is going to loose their Star-Kist albacore supplier contract, for MRE's?
After the Chicken and the Egg, came the "Omelet"!

I'd suspect the change in the tuna from the albacore to the lemon pepper light is not just a cost factor, but also to add a little flavor with the seasoning. The albacore without some sort of spice packet can be pretty bland with just a packet of mayo. Star Kist only has solid albacore filets with lemon pepper seasoning in the retort packaging and those are a bit more pricier than the chunk albacore. I'd doubt that it would have that much impact on Star Kist or it's respective suppliers and packing plants off shore since they'll still be producing those packages for the retail consumer market. Additionally, the chunk light tuna may be a bit more familiar to the tastes of many of the intended target audience.
