I just took a look at that promotional case of Eversafe sent to me in Dec 2005 and it really IS a "thrown-together" assemblage:
1. All components inside are identical to military ones, except for the civilian accessory pack and the flimsier, white spoon, and "picnic napkin"
2. There is no ordered menu numbering at all, like the list you have on your site
3. In my case of twelve, there were three "Ham and Shrimp Jambalaya" and three "Chicken with salsa" entrees... it looked like a random assemblage of entrees
4. Often, side dishes were not matched up with corresponding entrees
5. Military FRH, not the yellow/red one as you have pictured
6. No white menu ingredients card
I'll hang on to them.... still all edible stuff (even the jambalaya!)
