In the NATICK PAM 30-25, 5th edition from April 2002, side 4, article “Comments” you can find the following information: “Replacement of the H&S metal tray can with the polymeric tray container is currently in process”.housil wrote:As I only have metal and plastic from 2003, so I guess 2003 was the year of changing as I don´t have younger in metal, nor older in plastic. I would appreciate if someone can post/link some official information about the year of changing
Additionally the NATICK PAM 30-25 6th edition from April 2004, side 4, article “Comments” gives the following information: “The H&S metal tray can has been replaced with the polymeric tray container; phase-in was completed during the 2003 production”.

I opened and ate one metal tray “Spice Cake with Vanilla Crump” date packed 1995 in summer 2007: It was delicious. Compared to that the “new generation” cakes which were packed in plastic sheet molded already a few months after date of pack!!
By the way Tyr, from which region in Germany do you come from?
