Semi funny mre story
it was 1996 i was at recruit training at pi. we were in the field doing some training. we were eating one hot meal and one mre per day. needless to say i was very hungry. our di's would remove the dessert and all candy plus the accesory pack. i had my big cracker all slothered with peanut butter when it fell off my lap peanut butter side down in some dirt the texture of flour. i picked it up cussed a little and ate the whole thing and was still hungry. just one of my fond memories of life as a jarhead. and yes looking back that is a fond memory. any other slightly humorous stories please share.
