Odd K-ration

Just recieved this Krat and immediately noticed that it appears to be about half the weight of my other Krats. I am quite certain it is authentic and has not been opened. It is a supper unit produced by the general foods co. If anyone has any insights, please let me know! Thanks!..also, the box seems to be ever so slightly smaller in dimensions than the other units I have..

It’s possible the can just lost integrity and the liquid evaporated off, causing it to feel lighter. The box looks like it was exposed to a liquid on one end. Pretty common with those. Same thing happened to mine. It didn’t hurt the other contents though.
