Well.... There is DMS, dried malt extract, so with that you could make beer on the go... you could get something with alcohol in something like two days actually... i would be something that horrifies any beer expert but it would still be booze on the go...

I did a "Starbucks blend" of Mead where I sourced everything from the local Starbucks for free, except the starter yeast. Let it ferment in my desk at work. Tasted like absolute shit, but can confirm that you'd be drink if you drank it all.

I love experimenting, and Next time I'm at northern Brewer, I'll pickup some stuff and have a go at a speed brew

I would want Kimchi, white sticky rice, furikake seasoning, with maybe some chicken or beef. Mix all together and sigh of contentment.

You could even make it wild, no yeast just what's on the air but it wouldn't taste better that way...
Have you ever tried making anything sour or wild? Wild is a lot of work but it can lead to some amazing stuff...
