Hi friends! need help IDing age on a Food Packet Survival General Purpose

Hello all! This is my first post on here and i noticed other introduce themselves so i figured i would :D
Well i might as well make this useful so i need help IDing the age on a Food Packet Survival:

Oh, and does anyone know what is up with the packing company being the "oklahoma league for the blind"?

You have a 1988-93 DoP FPSGP

Oklahoma League for the Blind is now called Newview.
They do rehab for the blind and visually impaired. Also employing about 100 of the folks. Some of them are the ones that pack these rations.

Thanks Steve! Im sure you get this alot but thank you for making videos, you alone got me into rations and i have had a lot of fun with them!
