The awesome review made by Steve was the only one of its kind that I could find that focused primarily on the SA-3...
I could not find any other info on the SA-3 in particular; even the overview on the quartermasters site only focused on the 1963 version (The SA-8, I'm pretty sure)
Anyone else have any experience opening FPS-SA-3's?
Were Philip Morris and Camels the usual for cigarettes in these or were there other brands such as Chesterfield, Kent, etc...?
:?: :P :?: :P

I've seen Steve's video about it, but I can't say I've seen any others. I've actually been trying to find one of these to add to my collection, but they seem to be kind of rare.

The only one that I could find online in the time that I've been digging is this one:

As for the reputability of this site, I'm not sure... They seem reliable, but you never know... maybe someone else will chime in about the particular site.
As for the Actual SA-3 for sale, it seems to be in good condition, other then the dent at the bottom right of the tin, and the obvious scratches... Hope this helps your search! :)

It also looks like someone bought that SA-3 off of wardogmilitaria...

Anytime!
And that's awesome... I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
As for mine, yes. I'm still wanting to open it, but I'm going to try to get some other ration reviews out to gain some review and editing experience.
Like Steve said, once I open it, it's probably the only chance I'll get at it :)
