At $26 a case, that really is a good deal, but where I am that's a bid further than I want to drive. Statesboro is easily 200 miles away from me.

That's where you have to start calculating how much it's going to cost you in gas (and time!) vs. paying his $20/case shipping fee. For me, if I were to pick up 4 cases, it would about break even - so I could drive or pay him to ship it. But if I wanted more than 4 cases, it'd be cheaper for me to drive down there.
