Does this look familar

I thought it would be cool to browse Australia's ebay. Guess what I found when I searched MRE... http://cgi.ebay.com.au/New-Army-Ration- ... dZViewItem I don't know if they got your permission KMAN but they took the whole MRE page off of your site.

If you click on one of KMan's stolen photos in the auction it links you back to MREinfo.com

Clearly a violation of intellectual property rights. Suggest you let the complaints pour into EBAY.

Hey guys - I'm a little late to this conversation but I thought I'd throw in my 2 cents...

I see a lot of people hotlinking images off the website. Sometimes it's good because they also link up the site and that's publicity. But sometimes they don't provide any links and those guys suck.

So what I decided to do was to let people hotlink to the thumbnail images all day long (that's what this guy did). But if you try to hotlink to a full-size image, you still get the image but you get a special version that has "mreinfo.com" in huge green letters across the top. I thought about putting up a "no hotlinking" message or something even more offensive but eventually just decided to turn it into free marketing.

As much as I don't like wholesale ripping off of the pages, at least that eBay guy left all my links in. :-)

Do you have an example of the revised photos. I tried to tie back seeking the revised photo.
