Dinner for two

Post by housil » Tue May 13, 2008 12:31 pm

Mrs. Housil and me decided, to have some MRE´s for dinner tonight.

I had some:

for the very first time.
I liked it! Some "sweet" (cinnamon?) taste.

As she prefers hot meals, I recommanded her a CCC w/ butter flavored noodles- she realy loves it.

I find it really entertaining when they have a certain name on the outside of the MRE bag (Sloppy Joe) and then a different name on the entree (Barbeque Sauce with Beef). :-)

At least they're being truthful about the contents of the entre - it's a lot of sauce and a little bit of beef. :-)

P.S.: Did I mention those tiny Tabasco-bottles won´t last long when I enjoy MRE´s?
