I've got one in the pond out back that I can give you.
Actually, I think that the neighbor's are adopting it since the yappy little dog, who lived on the other side of them, disappeared.

I had a chance to try alligator (skewered, roasted) last week in a restaurant but passed on it.

BishopMarine,
Hey I tried the BBQ'd alligator a few years back in New Orleans and it was very good. To me it tasted like BBQ'd chicken but...yeah ....something I would not like to have on a regular basis.

I'll agree with that. It's tough, too.

I've never had alligator, but I've had crocodile. That, too, was like a cross between chicken and fish, or perhaps a 'meaty' kind of fish like swordfish. I liked it.
'Gator Tots'!

Dirtbag, I almost spat coffee on my keyboard at that.
