where did you buy these beef patty trays? I have never seen them available in the US, at least recently.

Yes sir, they are! I only had the two loose ones today.
I will bring in the outer pack from another batch I have.
Some MRE's have various candies in them, such as these choclettos, tootsie rolls, and cinnomins.
