Thanks for the conversion and those numbers appeared the same on both labels: MRE & J&M ration.
But I didn't see you make the connection that the numbers listed on the nutritional chart didn't jive with actual weights.

J&M Opened case (Main Meal) & Accessory
The entrees are packaged individually and dated properly on the box and on the retort pouch. The accessory lasts one year according to J&M but the individual components will probably last longer: salt and pepper should last indefinitely. But probably won't float in water like an MRE vacuum sealed bag.
