I've been speaking with my friend who is a seller in Russia and he has come across 2 cases of these rations in his warehouse

Seemed to be packed in original packaging with outer boxes matching the inner rations

Few hundred of July 2022 best before just arrived

All menus available apart from 10

Most 2023 best before, some 2024

Menu on first post is mostly accurate - I can confirm on request (will work through the list as some rations with the same menu number but different best before date have different components listed on the front)

Really curious about this item. So, it can take manufactured fuel types, what about natural materials like sticks and such? Can it handle a small fire being built in it? If you werent overseas, and I had more faith in US customs right now (our whole post system has been poor for the last 8 months) ...

Yup! It's all metal. They even used metal/fire retardant thread as far as I can see

I'll do some testing later on this afternoon and post some pictures/videos
