Yes. Just make sure to wrap the unopened retort pouch(DO NOT VENT) in aluminum, or tin foil, and microwave on high, for at least 20 minutes. Also, place a stainless steel spoon, or fork, beside the pouch, while microwaving, as that will heat the utensil. :twisted: Thanks Dave sounds a little Danger...
