What's the deal with eBay??

This auction was up the other day and then removed and relisted. https://www.ebay.com/itm/266604085967 On the relist I guess seller opened a ration and removed the cigarettes and now you just get the box. Have seen others doing it as well citing an eBay policy on tobacco. The way I read it was: http...

Opened up a can of 1944 Faust Instant Coffee... Pics and Review Inside...

Have four of these now and decided to open one. Nice color, perfectly preserved, no clumping and smelled like older (not in a bad way) coffee. Inside of the can (too much glare in pics I took) it was shiny and spotless. First sip tastes a tad bitter but then it goes away as you drink the rest. I wil...

Re: Tempted to buy this WW2 Coffee...

I find it difficult to believe that someone would go through that much time, money and effort to make "fake" ones only to sell a small handful in the grand scheme of things. Hardly worth it if you ask me.

Re: September 29, 2008 Market Crash

It's all a nonsensical distraction of the left/right paradigm (one in the same) and collectivism to keep us divided by TPTB. Once you realize what's going on it makes your blood boil. What makes it even worse is there isn't a damn thing you can do about it. I look at it as having two choices: 1.) Ho...

Sticky Icky Coffee... but tasted good...

Opened up a Korean RCI B-2 Unit. The coffee packet was soft and malleable. Clipped three corners with scissors, peeled it back and it was very sticky and looked like tar. Thought I saw mold but it wasn't - was just the light. Tasted a tiny dab and it tasted like coffee and smelled fine. I got 10 oun...

Re: Tempted to buy this WW2 Coffee...

Exactly on the surplus glut. I imagine a stash of a dozen or so cases being found in some old barn or something. Be cool to know the real backstory. If these checkout and a can is drinkable. I'll probably order a couple more before they're eventually gone.

Re: Tempted to buy this WW2 Coffee...

Thanks Tex. From what I've gathered this is the main guy (ebay dude) that has cases of these and has sold a case to a guy from Holland and someone else. I ordered two cans from the ebay guy and will show pics and open one and report back in several weeks once they arrive.

Tempted to buy this WW2 Coffee...

Seen this for the last year or so on eBay. Apparently this guy has a stash of cases of Faust Soluble Coffee in 8 ounce cans. Anyone know anything about this or have bought one? I'm thinking about getting a couple of cans and opening one to see if it'd be drinkable. https://www.ebay.com/itm/225466750...
