You need to get the pile of magnesium into a pile of dust not pieces. I typically use cotton balls and different fire starters when using my magnesium starter and just use the striker and not the magnesium itself.

What are you going to do with the bipod like hunting or just target shooting? I used a bipod once and didn't like it. Whenever I shoot, I just bench or just shoot off hand. I don't know if I missed something but, you are talking about a lot of MOLLE gear yet no vest . The MOLLE II pack has two rows of MOLLE that are 4 channels wide. All that stuff you want to add won't work without a vest unless your using the newer 10th Mountain Ruck that has a lot more MOLLE.

What is your favorite menu? Mine is the meatballs from the 08 menu. BTW, 1000 topics in MRE now.

I've eaten or should I say drank a vanilla dairyshake out of the 21 or 22 menu's from 08 and had no problems from it, but I still have the dairy shake from the other infected menu but will keep it until they announce the lot number contaminated.
