I know. Water is the best and only way to keep yourself hydrated. I remember the same thing with Gatorade. I know about electrolyte solutions ( salt & sugar). I heard this Aquaguard is an aminoacid gel???

This article although talks about the Russian Federation Forces still represents how the Russian soldiers are fed. Their menus are remnants of how the USSR used to feed their troops .
