Comes with the date square usually (which I don’t really like)
Love Love Love the date square. The shepherds pie was my first IMP. Every time I get it I make the vanilla shake thick, warm the date square and put the vanilla foam on top. YUUMMMM.....

My single favorite ration dessert, EVER.

The chili gets a pass because there are so many styles of Chili that this was good enough.
Personally, I think the "Mexican Salad", heated, is a better chili than their "Chili". Both need added spice, though.

Re: Feedback - Buy/Sell/Trade

I had an outstanding transaction with Xinny, with a well-packed box arriving quickly from out-of-country. Thank you, Xinny, for a fantastic offer, and thank you, Smitty, for putting in a good word.

Oh, and this morning, a Minotaur Trading Co. AFR #4, Fruitful Muesli. I took the vanilla shake, mixed it up with about half the water, and poured it over the muesli. Yum....

Re: What MRE did you eat today?

I usually take an MRE to work with me, and spend at least two days working through it for snacks and lunch. A FSR or ORP can last me close to a week. Yesterday I was craving the MCW seafood chowder, so I broke open a case but accidentally grabbed the chili mac menu. I haven't had the chili mac in a ...

I use them to keep my cellphone dry while mountain biking etc
I do the same, but in my kayak. Keep a little air in, and they will float in the event of a roll. Been there, done that, no fun. Lost my shoes and my lunch, but got my phone back.

Re: Will it still work

Nice review, and a nice receiver. Thought I caught a little RTTY in there. My suggestion to anyone who finds this interesting, go get your amateur radio license, so you can talk as well as receive. Communication is a 2-way process, after all....

Re: Moist Towelette — Hand Sanitizer — Disinfectant

Say what you will. Politicize it all you want. Or just live in denial. In the past six months, my partner & I have lost three people close to us, one relative and two friends. Prior to Covid, I lost one friend (two years ago) to H1N1. It's easy to say that people are making a big deal out of nothing...
