From here it looks like either pickled pigs feet or pickled bologna.

I don't like the minestrone or the pasta with vegetables. Most things I like. If anyone has a blueberry/cherry cobbler they hate- I love them - send them my way!

I keep them mostly for emergencies, though when I first started buying them it was hard for me to build my stock because I kept eating them. :roll: Now I'm over the initial fascination and know what most of the meals taste like, so I don't dig into them unless I'm really broke or unless I'm rotating...

I had Zatarain's Jambalaya with sausage yesterday for lunch at work. It was pretty good. The sausage was not especially abundant and had a slightly odd flavor.
