Where is the Norwegian rations - DryTech

This ration is not only used by the Norwegian army but also by the Swedish and UK armies (Arctic Ration). That ration is my favorite due to the quality, energy contents (especially the 4500 kcal version for rangers) and its low weight.

Today i git my first own Italian Ration. Iam very surprised, how big it ist :o Its weight is 2500gramm, more than an german EPA: snip... jubifahrer 2500 grams for a 24 hour ration? The Swedish / Norwegian / British arctic one is below 1 kg. And the ration for rangers (4500 kcal) is 1.1 kg. I would ...

Swedish Ranger Rations

Have no camera available - the ranger rations are a bit larger than the standard ones - they contains additional stuff in the sections for lunch and dinner. The weight is 1.1 kg instead of 0.9 kg as for the standard ration.

The rations shown in this forum are the smaller ones - 3500 kcal. The larger ones are 4500 kcals and are really good. Those are the ones for Swedish Rangers. They are delivered in packs of 8 which weight close to 11 kg. To be compared with 16 MREs and additional breakfast packages... Not to mention ...
