Would anyone have or know a good source where I could get some old ration cigarettes. I have a display cabinet and I'm looking to add some to the shelves. Preferable either Camel or Pall Mall but all types are welcomed.

Well I did not expect this thread to be as beneficial as it has become. Thank you all for responses and I think we all now are awaiting some lab responses on coffee! Quite the experiment for sure. Thank you to all the contributors to this thread!

Yes different generations is the best way to put it. That was very well stated!

It comes down to the technology and methods of the time. All the types of instant coffee are made at different times. So the methods of production evolved including the recipe for the mix/blend!

Others will be able to state it better than I can but the simple version comes down to the blend of coffee. But coffee instant type 1 is for sure the favorite for those who have access too it. Both though I believe are spray dried coffee instead of freeze dried.
