They are good to go. I've ordered from them by mail and I've also been to their office to pick up MRE's in person. Nice people and they will stand behind what they sell.

But the shipping is $35 to my zip code so that puts it at $75, which is about average from what I've been seeing on ebay.

Looks great.... but does someone make one that is not ridiculously overpriced? Off to google I go.

I wouldn't do it. I suspect that most of the people at the baby shower will probably be unfamiliar with MRE's and the humor will be lost on them. Someone is bound to get mad.
