Kman, I agree with you. I was disappointed with Wornick's Eversafe meal, as well as the price. Wornick's 1999 civilian MREs were a better deal. In the June/July Outdoor Life magazine - on newsstands now - the Survival column by Rich Johnson is titled "Eat to Survive." It lists MREs and Hooah Bars right off as "our favorite survival foods." Third was Mountain House freeze-dried meals. Nice photos, too.
