2018 should (as far as I know...I am sure the experts here will chime in) have the menu printed in French (NATO) as well as English. As I recall, that change began sometime in 2014.

They are civilian, and the menu would be printed on a decal affixed to the outside of the case they came from.

Sierra Trading Post, at least in the store near me (they are also online) has the 12-serving version of this for $49.99, packed in a bucket. Item number was 481XU-99 when I bought mine on July 15.
