Sorry to necrothread here. Seven years later .... Had the same menu tonight for dinner. Entree retained it's flavor but was turning mushy. Beans retained taste and texture well. These have been stored properly so I hope to not repeat your experience.

The Pork Sausage with Gravy entree (2011-2014) is pretty much diner grade sausage gravy. Entree's should not be drinkable.

Pour the pouch over warmed 'Wheat Snack Bread' it and you have pretty good imitation of biscuits and gravy.

They were combined with the Cold Weather type MRE in 2016 or so. Some information on the main page about this under the MRE tab.
