today i decided to open up the cheese spread. ill be damned but it tasted pretty damn good. tasted like aged sharp cheddar. crackers tasted as good as they ever did. very surprised at the cheese (i think its safe to say that these MREs were stored very well). http://i744.photobucket.com/albums/xx81/...

i dice it up, and throw it in with cream cheese, horseradish, hot sauce, and diced onions to make a kick ass cheese ball.
