Re: The new 24hr Blackdog surplus 24hr mre! 2 slices of pizza!
Finally got to check the actual video out. Great looking 24 Hour ration from Black Dog Bob there, and a very entertaining Date Night! Watching these could make for a fun date night in itself! ...Except for the fact that MY better half isn't quite as into the whole ration thing as I am! Oh well... Gr...

Haven't watched yet, but first thought is HOW COOL! Not only has Bob beat Natick out in putting pizza into MREs, now he's using the EU standard ones (or similar) and can now offer BOTH meat-based (pepperoni, like the one gundog reviewed) AND veggie pizza rations! Very exciting news!

1. Ameriqual A-Pack — 6 out of 10 2. Meal Kit Supply — 8 out of 10 3. MRE Star — N/A 4. Sopakco Sure-Pak — 6 out of 10 5. Wornick/Eversafe — N/A 6. XMRE — 7 out of 10 That’s with a ‘10’ being equivalent to the best US DoD MRE and a ‘1’ being equivalent to worse than what I could cobble together from...

Re: Charity Auction
I don't know if there's anyone out there who might be thinking about making another bid, but I think it's worth pointing out one more fact. When buying rations (especially from overseas) the shipping is always the killer. But, if I'm not mistaken, most if not all of the rations that come with this a...

Re: Charity Auction
The original Lot was for just the 3 BlackDog 24hr Rations, but the response of members wanting to participate was so great I didn't want to disrupt the flow of the auction. I did receive some messages from members that the auction was out of their price range but how could they help. I apologize fo...

Re: Odd/Specific Request
Ah, okay, that makes more sense! I had a feeling that was probably what you meant, but I was wondering... I could use two or three of those pouches! But would it be worth making an order that small, or would you need something more substantial to make it worthwhile? Thanks for lending a hand B...

Re: Charity Auction
Holy cow! I somehow have managed to NOT see this post until just now! This is an awesome auction for an awesome cause. $375 or $400 would be a very generous bid for the original auction, but with all the great additions it's an absolute steal! If my family and I weren't in a very tenuous fiscal stat...

Re: Odd/Specific Request
Wow, thanks for the responses you guys! I really didn't know if this would be a fruitless search, but figured I'd throw it out there. It DOES look like the corn is indeed going to be a challenge. But it's good to know that most of the rest of the stuff IS out there. Bob, thanks for all that valuable ...
