Well Happy LATE Birthday! Just remembered my sisters birthday was this month also. I think I better get on that. I've tasted the Lemon Poppy Seed Cake once in a MRE. I was okay, but probably better if I warmed it up. Mrs. Housils cake looks better. I've especially always liked that icing on any cake. I need to see if the local grocery store sells the icing itself.

Happy late Birthday, another year is over and another one begins. I do admit Mrs. Housil's cake looks much better than the MRE version. Especially right out of he over...hmmmmm :wink: Did you have a beer or two on your B-day?
