Spanish Emergency Ration

Post by Ration Fan » Sun Dec 25, 2011 11:29 am

Hi!
I got a spanish emergency ration by Christmas.
The ration is dated on 2009.
These are the contents:
-2 bars Milk chocolate with almonds
-2 bars Hard-almond nougat
-3 tablets High energetic value balanced food
-3 tubs Honey
-1 pack of 5 chewing gums
-2 Energy tablets
-Information sheet

First I tried the honey.

The honey was very sweet and was a little bit hard.
Because of the age the sugar was (in chunks) down on the bottom.
It don´t liked it.
Too much sugar.
Next was the milk chocolate with almonds.

Very good taste!
Nothing more to say! :)
then the chewing gums:

Good too!
Fruity taste.
And then the nougat bar:

First it looks like **** because it was molten.
I don´t liked it.

This was the review of the spanish emergency ration.
Greetings
Brian

Ration Fan,

Even though some of the items had deteriorated some, everything still looked good. I would really like to try that chocolate... :D

and what exactly is [quote3 tablets High energetic value balanced food][/quote]? I'm sure there might be a translation in Spanish but are they vitamin tablets or something like a energy bar?

Hi people. I`m spanish but have never tasted any of those. I just know the "normal ones" breakfast-lunch-dinner and the ones for muslim soldiers, but never had any of these so I`m afraid I can`t be of much help.

All the best and happy new year.
