Only ration ever to beat this out is the smoked meat in mustard sauce! I guess I am a bit bias..

Very nice! Yeah, the IMP smoked meat totally ruined the US MRE brisket menu. Can’t even compare to the IMP. Good review!

Thank you very much parafireboy. It is a great ration.. Unfortunately my best will always be smoked meat in mustard sauce.. It was good meat.. Saved by the pickles (yes those are my own, although they should come with them and at the very least a mustard pack).
I have to say though, I got a fantastic Mre brisket from Tracy and omg!!! it is I would say a 7 out of my top ten favourites..
If you happen to get either an MRE or IMP bacon and hash browns, my suggestion is refrying it in your mess kit!

Makes a world of different, also try and toast your pain burgers. Goes a long way and making it feel and taste like real white bread.. I have to say as well. I am a huge fan of the wheat snack bread.. In my opinion it is great fresh out of the pouch.. I should try to toast it one day..

I’ll have to try that. I’ve got some of the bacon and hash brown MREs, but haven’t had one yet.
