There are 2 menus at the moment - beef stew with buckwheat kasha and chicken with rice.
The dish is 400g (almost 1lb) and contains a FRH inside. You have to punch the holes and wait about 10 min. The can has a cork layer outside - for insulation - the dish become hot faster and you don't burn you fingers

The stew was tasty - beef, buckwheat, some vegetables, well seasoned.
