Scott I vacuumed sealed it maybe two or three days before camping. I have vacuumed sealed left over homemade chili then froze it for later use.
I ate it about two months later and the Chili was fine

Thank you,Norton, for the quick reply. Do you think they'd last for a couple of weeks vacuum sealed , without being froze?

I think they would last a week easy as they high a very high salt content. Two weeks I would keep in the refrigerator.
Cannot figure out why there is no pop top metal cans of scrambled eggs and sausage.
